Inspired by the artist whose craft takes him under the blanket of darkness into the dark of night creating works only revealed when illuminated at sunrise. His style is unique and complex. His palette is colorful and bold. Many know his work but his true identity is concealed.

Our Napa Valley premium red blend, Anonymous by 1849 Wine Company, shares similar characteristics. Anonymous by 1849 Wine Company is a multifaceted, Bordeaux style wine with luscious plum aroma and rich flavors of black cherry, cassis and ripe blackberry. This wine is complex and full bodied, brilliantly composed into nothing short of a masterpiece.

This label features artwork created by legendary street artist, Saber. His characteristic freeflowing strokes, created using unorthodox materials like fire extinguishers, make this stunningly beautiful, abstract expressionist mural the image of poetic chaos.

I received a recommendation from a colleague that this was his new "go to" weekend wine. So I couldn't wait to try it and thankfully I wasn't disappointed. The bottle art is intriguing and the wine on the inside was equally satisfying. This is a smooth and fruity wine. The tasting notes on this wine are spot on. And thanks to my colleague, I now have a new addition to my regular wine rotation.
